Presidential Paintball: Clinton shoots Obama in the face

Which Democrat has the best healthcare plan? Don't ask Paul Krugman -- settle the controversy the American way: With guns!

Well, virtual guns. Indeed, virtual paintball guns, the weapon of choice in "Presidential Paintball," an online game that allows the "aspiring assassin" (to quote The Smoking Gun) to train his sites on Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Edwards, Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, or John McCain.

The game's a little stupid, but hey, this blog is not above stupid, as regular readers will attest.

So what you do is this: Choose which of the candidates you'd like to be, then face down each of your opponents in different rooms of the White House. (The game makers, wisely, didn't create a Dick Cheney character. I thought for a few minutes about some way to make a joke here about that time Dick Cheney shot a friend in the face. It dawned on me, then, that I didn't really need a joke. It's funny just to say it: This one time, Dick Cheney shot a friend in the face.)

I picked Clinton, and was able to shoot down Edwards, Obama, and Giuliani before Romney plugged me. Damn it, Mitt, you were for gun control before you were against it, but I guess you've made up your mind.

As of this writing, Clinton is the most-picked Democratic shooter (50 percent have chosen her), while Romney is leading the Republicans.
